Seattle man arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot people at a party on Pullman’s College Hill

A 19 year old Seattle man has been arrested for allegedly threatening to shoot people at a party on Pullman’s College Hill. The incident occurred early Saturday morning at a party inside an apartment on Merman Drive. Biniyam Afrassa reportedly got into a fight with some females and was told to leave. That’s when Afrassa allegedly pulled out a handgun and threatened to kill everyone at the party. He left the apartment as Pullman Police were called. While officers were on scene investigating Afrassa reportedly returned to the party and was arrested for felony second degree assault, harassment and misdemeanor fourth degree assault. Afrassa is not a Washington State University student. Officers were unable to locate the handgun.
