[Vision2020] Assessing risk in sex offender cases

Dear Visionaries:

Over the years I had many exchanges in class with Doug Wilson, but I was not in on this one. Furthermore, among all the philosophers have met and got to know, there was not a single profligate among them. And I've known all the philosophers on the Palouse (over 43 years) very well, and none of them were "utterly and shamelessly immoral or dissipated; thoroughly dissolute." (dictionary.com).

Most of them--including yours truly --led very conventional lives.

Wished I could have been a swinger, but didn't have it in me,

I agree, Rose. I've known about it for some years but didn't feel fully competent to talk about it. Fortunately, a few weeks ago I saw these some of these videos by Darrel Ray, a secular psychotherapist. He has a good podcast on iTunes and two books. Here are some good videos of him. He completely debunks our local religious "therapists."
