[Vision2020] Top 5 craziest calls to N. Idaho authorities

Not sure if it is still called News of Record, but for years, it was the
first item read in the Daily News by many citizens of the Palouse..

One comes to mind which gave me a chuckle at the time.. "A Pullman woman
reports her cat returned home smelling of marijuana."
