[Vision2020] Another historical measure . . .

E​ggan Apts. are now known as "Friendship Apts." and are a holding of Y&Z
properties. The accommodations might well be described as Spartan and
catering to the tenant who isn't interested in spending a large portion of
their income on amenities.
