[Vision2020] Two cited for shooting fireworks off Perch roof

The only evidence suggesting that consent was given, Mr. Ramalingam, is the fact that the two perpetrators were NOT cited for trespass.

If I were to set off fireworks from the roof of your residence, one of the first actions the police would take would be to contact you . . . to inform you that someone has trespassed on your property. That's a crime, Mr. Ramalingam.

Otherwise, one can hardly imagine to what level of activity Independence Day fireworks parties would degenerate.

'Nuff said.
