Do you have any proof there was consent? Not the lack of a trespassing charge, but proof of consent? Do you have proof that the owner said 'Go ahead and fire off fireworks from my roof?'

No, I don't think you do. You don't like it when a local minister accused you of misconduct without any proof, and you shouldn't like it. But aren't you doing the same yourself?

As you state, Mr. Ramalingam . . . "If they were trespassing on the property . . . " . . . they would have been cited for trespass . . . unless (of course) they had property-owner consent, huh?

No Tom, I don't see the implications. If they were trespassing on the property, what are the implications? Nothing in the story suggests the owner of the business had anything to do with the incident.
