[Vision2020] 3 people shot in two locations in downtown Moscow

Just now got back from . . . 

City Hall - Nothing

Moscow Police Department - No press conference scheduled yet.

Latah County Courthouse (jail) - Nothing

Although, there were several Latah County deputies and Moscow policemen on hand when I stopped by MPD.  Jeesh!  I haven't seen that many cops at one location . . . at the same time . . . since my Army retirement party in Marina, California on July 15, 1989.  Ahh, the memories.
