Mr. Crabtree inquires:

"What makes 3rd St. Sacrosanct?"

A couple things, Mr. Crabtree . . .

The "pressure" (as you put it) along Sixth, B, and D Streets is insufficient to warrant increasing the traffic flow on Third Street. Are you aware of any traffic study that contradicts my claim? If so, please share (with a citation/link).

On January 7, 2008, as Linda Pall presented her departing comments to the Moscow City Council, she discussed her hopes for the Third Street pedestrian bridge . . .

Question: Whatever became of the $15,000 (FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS) in cash and pledges collected?

Offer: If it is decided by the City of Moscow to recommit to making the Third Street pedestrian bridge a reality, Moscow Cares will not only donate $5,000 to the cause, but also videotape/photograph (for Moscow's archives) the dedication of . . . The Linda Pall Pedestrian Bridge.

Seeya 'round town, Moscow, because . . .
