[Vision2020] Commuting patterns

The Washington Post has an interesting article "Where American go to Work
When they don't Work near Home". It has an interactive map of how many
worker commute in and out of a county. Example:

Whitman County- of 22,866 workers, 23% commute from outside the county,
3492 from Latah County. On the other hand, of the 14,766 workers in Latah
County, only 12% commute from outside, 1031 from Whitman County.
