UPDATE:  The announced venue attendance was 20,000 in Portland's Moda 
Center, which was a venue changed from the Veterans' Memorial Coliseum 
with a maximum capacity of only about 12,000.  In addition to the 
in-person attendance, there were nearly 11,000 viewers and listeners 
subscribed on-line via the YouTube link above, so the total number who 
heard Bernie Sanders speak live in Portland, Oregon was in excess of 
30,000 people.

The large crowd was obviously happy and participated enthusiastically 
and without interruption during the evening.

The event ended at 8:28 PM, with Bernie Sanders speaking at the podium 
for nearly exactly one hour.
