in Portland's Moda Center, which was a venue changed from the
Veterans' Memorial Coliseum with a maximum capacity of only about
12,000. In addition to the in-person attendance, there were
nearly 11,000 viewers and listeners subscribed on-line via the
YouTube link above, so the total number who heard Bernie Sanders
speak live in Portland, Oregon was in excess of 30,000 people. <br>

The large crowd was obviously happy and participated
enthusiastically and without interruption during the evening.<br>
<br>
The event ended at 8:28 PM, with Bernie Sanders speaking at the
podium for nearly exactly one hour.<br>
