MOSCOW POLICE
Thursday
6:02 p.m. - A collision between a bicycler and a vehicle was reported near the intersection of Homestead Place and North Polk Street. The cyclist was an 11-year-old girl coming down a hill with no helmet on. The driver was able to slow down greatly, but not stop. The child was transported to Gritman Medical Center with muscle injuries, and later presented with a bicycle helmet by police.
