[Vision2020] Community assistance sought

This is really sad news. I have had art at the 1912 Center (as part of 
Palouse Women Artists and Community Arts shows) and have never worried 
that in Moscow art would be stolen. And Carl Sagan is one of my heroes. 
Double pain...I hope someone has big regrets and a hurting conscience....
