[Vision2020] The tab (Was: Fwd: Sorry to bug you)

Actually, due to the lack of logic in your response I was choosing not to
engage.

Comparing Hawkins (and all its deserved controversy due to the stateline,
retail leakage, tax dollars for an out of state business, etc) to a simple
event showcasing what the city offers to new residents just doesn't
correlate.

And the loss to city coffers for caterer fee's seems so negligible as to be
laughable compared to the potential upside.  If even one business stays in
business, that meager amount should be recouped.

I will go back to exercising that choice now.
