I have no idea.  I hadn't heard of this until Tom posted it.  I was just 
pointing out something I thought Tom would be appreciative of.  I do 
know that many people are part of the militia presently who had no idea 
such a thing even existed, so I don't expect to be standing a post any 
time soon.
