[Vision2020] The Guns on Campus Debate Continues

I had no doubt that the Chief of Police would be against this, it 
complicates his job.  That is not the sole concern here however, there 
is that Constitution thing to think about.

His point about accidental discharges is a good one.  I think his 
worries about not knowing which shooter to take out are overblown.  
Given two people with guns, it's the guy actively shooting at the police 
that is the spree shooter (not the guy with his hands up laying down his 
weapon).  His other points can be summed up with "drunk students 
shooting each other OK Corral style", which I don't think will come to 
pass.  I have more respect for those who have gone through the trouble 
of getting a concealed carry permit than he does, apparently.
