> July 28, 2014 (Moscow, Idaho) – Join us Saturday, August 2nd for the Moscow Farmers Market on Main Street and in Friendship Square in Downtown Moscow! The Market runs from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. May through October and features live music, fresh local produce, delicious homemade baked goods, specialty food items, healthy nursery plants, beautiful flowers, and quality handmade crafts.

> Music: Live music at Friendship Square will be provided by Auf Gehts German Band at 9:30 a.m. and Tom Peterson at 11:45 a.m.

> Special Events: The Market will feature the Farmers Market Commission in the City Tent 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.; the Great Moscow Food Drive from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.; and a Discover You Can: Learn Make Share  canning demo from 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.

> The Great Moscow Food Drive benefits: The Moscow Food Bank and the Trinity Food Pantry. Donations of non-perishable food, cleaning and paper products, personal hygiene items, and money donations are gratefully accepted. The Drive will also have drop off locations at Rosauers and Safeway.

Product highlights include:  apples, apricots, blueberries, pears, plums, home baked breads, sweet rolls, pastries, pies, and more.
