[Vision2020] Recreational pot on Oregon ballot

I'm a little bit late on this, but I wanted to say that I'm glad to hear
that recreational pot is on the ballot there. I'm fully behind the idea
because I think there ought to be a really good reason to criminalize
something and I don't think marijuana meets the criteria. I think it
should be regulated to the extent of not selling it to minors and not
allowing people to drive under it's influence. It should have positive
benefits related to reducing crime because it will no longer be a black
market item.
