[Vision2020] Moscow 195-?

Idaho outlawed slots in 1954---That's when Jackpot Nevada took off. They further outlawed gambling with a constitutional amendment in 1992 excepting the state lottery, bingo, and pari-mutual betting. Of course, the tribes are not subject.
