There used to be slot machines in most business establishments. I don't know just when they were outlawed.  When I was an undergraduate in the 1950's it was rumored that there were illegal card games in the back room at Johnny's Café.

If you look real close, you can almost see John Weber exiting the Corner Club.


I took delivery of this 8"x10" photograph (not a reproduction) yesterday after a recent eBay auction.
