[Vision2020] Fwd: Bank of America Alert: Online Banking Security Measures

I keep getting notices from PayPal addressed to a "Willie Rainer", which claim PayPal sent hundreds of dollars (the first was for $980) to a rental housing management firm in Detroit Michigan -- and by the way I could make this process automatic if I just click on this link. 

Since I am not Willie Rainer and have never been to Detroit, you can imagine where those go -- straight to PayPal's fraud office.
