[Vision2020] Moscow teen killed in crash near Tensed

This young lady is the little sister to Annarose Qualls, the organizer of
the big Thanksgiving meal in Moscow.. Very, very sad for all.. Much love
and prayer to the family, friends and classmates of Dimples.
