[Vision2020] Ferguson

I frequently disagree with Joe Klein, but he wrote a fairly well balanced article in the September 1 issue of Time magazine titled "Beyond a Simple Solution". Perhaps Tom or someone could post it to Vision2020.
I am not a fan of Obama's but he Said Wait until the facts are in before jumping to conclusions. 
Police in a lot of areas make a mistake in not getting actively involved in the community. They should organize ball games an other events, like the Newbill Child Safety program in Moscow. Art Lindquist  is a Moscow City Policeman who lives in Genesee. He helped start the Genesee Recreational District and is it's Treasurer. He has also served as a City Councilman. If The police would take an active part in the community it would go a long way in defusing conflicts.
