[Vision2020] Concealed Firearms Permit Requirements . . .

It would be nice to nail that number down, but all it's going to do is
change the expected percentage of students on campus that can defend
against a spree shooter by a presumably small number.  If it is much higher
than we thought, great.  Better odds for someone to be able to shoot back.
If it's much lower, then, bummer.  Pretty much the same odds as last year,
then.

When I get some time, which isn't available right this second, then I'll do
some searching online to find the number you have already found.
