[Vision2020] Montana teacher serves 30 days in prison for raping a 14 year old student

Not Idaho, but Montana is in close enough proximity for a scary guy like this.  He was sentenced to 15 years which were all suspended except for 30 days for raping a 14 year old student who later suicided.  The judge placed some of the blame on the 14 year old and described her as older than her chronological age.
