Is there some reason you've not contacted the streets department directly?
That seems like a no-brainer to me, but I guess you find it more
entertaining to contact the mayor & make silly public threats rather than
take a common-sense approach.  Here's a little clue for you:   your
definition of abandoned property and the laws regarding abandoned property
don't coincide.

Guess you've learned your tactics well from Bill "The Bully" Lambert :-)
When can we expect you to start yelling during public meetings at the
hearing impaired for not being able to hear your mumbles???
