[Vision2020] How would you interpret this statement?

I'd interpret it as 'confusing'.  There's not enough context here to make any sense of it.  NFL execs care about winning NFL games, filling the stands, and getting as many television viewers as possible.  Tens of millions of white fans care about their team winning or at least beating the point spread.  Seems like everyone is in alignment and Judd Wilson is the odd man out.  Emphasis on 'odd'.
