[Vision2020] The Arg: Moscow police, firefighters respond to suspicious fire

Thirty years ago, when I worked at PMH, we backed up ALL files every night,
and stored them off-site. I can't imagine Probation and Parole being any
different.

Hope the person is brought to justice quickly!
