[Vision2020] Gas prices: Idaho ($3.55/gal) versus Missouri ($2.86/gal)

Here in Moscow it's the shipping costs. It's apparently less costly to ship to Deary or Orofino.
I'm sure it has nothing to do with having a large student population that can be taken advantage of.
