[Vision2020] Gas prices: Idaho ($3.55/gal) versus Missouri ($2.86/gal)

Wow! It is expensive to live in Moscow. Of course, it IS Moscow, and I miss
the PNW so much!

Gas is $2.93 at Costco, and $2.70 at Safeway, using my points.
