Of course, paraphernalia is legal in Washington. This opens up a whole new consumer market of luxury goods for connoisseurs. Not only can we savor estate-grown weed at ridiculous prices (like Walla-Walla wines), but Riedel can start making bongs to match their $425 wine decanters!
