[Vision2020] The Cover of the Rolling Stone . . .

You are reading something into my earlier comment (http://mailman.fsr.com/pipermail/vision2020/2013-June/091143.html) that simply wasn't there, Mr. Dredge.

I still am the person that made that comment and always will be.

Perhaps you should grow up yourself.

Your "irony" comment in response to my posted photo of Tom Lamar was not only immature, but mean-spirited. For it was not only deposited into my in-box, but the in-box of the widow of a dear friend of Tom Lamar, one of the several persons with whom I wanted to share that light-hearted photo; one of those humorous break-in-the-day moments I like to share every once in a while, something that says (to her) that, although there is one less voice on the Viz, the chorus remains the same.

Instead of asking me what I had meant by my posting of that photo, you attacked my intent. That's not a sign of maturity, Mr. Dredge, just your lack of understanding.

'Nuff said.

Today, after viewing the cover and reading the accompanying article that glorifies and romanticizes the Boston Marathon, I telephoned its subscription services and, after my tirade, cancelled my subscription and suggested where they can place my remaining issues.
