A surprisingly brief 21 page document, given that mitigating and adapting
to climate change cuts across every aspect of how humans beings behave:
lifestyle, politics, technology, science, ideology, religion, how we
produce food, what we eat, family size, construct heat and cool homes,
transportation, on and on...

But it indicates a wide ranging effort at the federal level among many
agencies to address climate change, no doubt a libertarian nightmare for
some.
