And we can continue to have an ineffective hodge podge of laws, while not
enforcing what really needs to be done.

I'd rather see a supreme court case clarifying existing law, and
enforcement of such.  I'd be surprised if the Supremes felt homosexuals
were excluded from the 14th amendment.
