[Vision2020] Couple Arrested For Shacking Up At Home Depot

Just a few points:
1) The tag line of 'the most fun you can have with your pants on' is EXTREMELY inappropriate for this story.
2) During subsequent questions 'it became apparent that they were engaged in [sex] within the shed".  It wasn't apparent when they opened the door and saw them in states of undress?
3) How do they tag the guy with an indecent exposure charge when it was the cops who opened the door exposing him to public view?  I guess that they could say that it might have been similar to customer opening the door.
4) If both the male and female had been white, would they have been arrested?  Keep in mind that these alleged crimes were committed in South Carolina which is a former Confederate State and one with a very unrich history of racism.

Couple Arrested For Shacking Up At Home DepotCops: Duo had sex inside display shed at South Carolina business
AUGUST 29--A South Carolina couple was arrested yesterday for having sex inside a display shed at a Home Depot, police report.
Emily Craig, 20, and Shaun Bowden, 31, were nabbed after cops were called to the store in North Charleston around 8:40 AM.
Officers were dispatched to the business “in reference to an male and female entering a display shed on the property, closing the door behind themselves and remaining inside,” according to a North Charleston Police Department report.
An inspection of the outdoor sheds turned up Craig and Bowden. Craig, cops noted, was “partially clothed; the top of her dress was untied, hanging at her waist.” Bowden was shirtless and “had his pants down near his knees; his penis was exposed.”During subsequent questioning of the duo, “it became apparent that they were engaged in sexual intercourse within the shed.”Craig and Bowden, seen in the above mug shots, were each arrested for disorderly conduct. Bowden was also hit with an indecent exposure count for “having his genitals within public view". Additionally, Craig was charged with providing false information for initially giving officers an incorrect name.The duo was booked into the county jail, where bond has yet to be set.
