It wasn't apparent when they opened the door and saw them in states of undress?<br>3) How do they tag the guy with an indecent exposure charge when it was the cops who opened the door exposing him to public view? I guess that they could say that it might have been similar to customer opening the door.<br>4) If both the male and female had been white, would they have been arrested? Bowden was also hit with an indecent exposure count for “having his genitals within public view".
