fact based articles, I suggest they avoid plowing through the article which
is plum full of statistics and the tools to understand their meaning and
use. It is probably much easier to listen (well, not for me)to Rush
Limbaugh, Glen Beck and the ignoramuses who draw paychecks from Rupert
Murdoch.
And, just for the record - based on my own experience - racism informs every
institutional decision made in this county and (just a rough guess ) about
75% of all private decisions.

I'm trying to understand why it is that when ever a victim of a crime is
black, and the perpetrator isn't, it comes across as a race-based crime, and
everyone from the White House downplays the race card,
yet when the crime victim is white, and the perpetrator is black, such as in
the Chris Lane case, and even closer to Moscow in the Delbert Belton case,
race is not an issue. Are we dealing with a double standard, or perhaps race
doesn't play a role in either situation?
