Gabe the lab started out at a pound in Houston, TX. He was adopted by the military and trained to find hidden guns and explosives in Iraq. Gabe completed over 210 combat missions with 26 finds of explosives and weapons, and passed away after retiring as a hero. His human continues to educate his facebook followers on all things dog in his honor.
