[Vision2020] Just a topic for discussion..........."Megaloads"

I remember a really big load being moved south on 95 between '97 and '05 or '06. It was moved in stages, and Dean Ferguson, who was then at the Tribune had a couple of articles about it.

I'd also be curious to know what other loads in the past have been allowed before the megaloads started coming along.  Has anything this big gone through before?

OK, I think I have a grasp of the issues involving  US 12 and the "megaloads". 

Now, my question is, if anyone knows, is how much money does the tribe and the US Forest Service kick in for the design and maintenance specifically of US  12, that they should have
"veto" power over the state for what travels on a  state highway?
