I'm just happy their target identification skills out-performed those of their L.A. brethren during the Dorner search.  We can work on accuracy later.

Wayne Price inquires:

"Am I the only one that thinks there was a 'kill' order out on this kid?"

A "kill" order, Mr. Price???

The suspect was surrounded by dozens of law enforcement officers (including SWAT teams).  Approximately 200 rounds were fired . . . and he survived.  If he had been killed, the incident report would probably have amounted to nothing more than "Sh*t Happens".  I understand his condition has improved from "critical" to "fair" on Tuesday.

If this was the result of a "kill" order, perhaps those officers (especially the SWAT teams) should spend more time on the range.

Seeya round town, Moscow, because . . .
