*Here is a practical example of Internet content changing.  The content 
above was correct within thirty seconds of the message being sent.

However, the link has now changed to reflect a story titled Ten States 
Where Gas Prices Are Plunging, with data upon which the list is sorted 
taken from 1-year price changes in gasoline.  The new list does not 
include Idaho, so the apparent message in the change is that although 
the absolute price in Idaho may be relatively low, the recent change in 
prices has not been as significant as elsewhere.
