[Vision2020] Say What!?!

This situation is another example, by the way, of how we get this backwards.  The problem isn't saying "Fu*k you, nig*r!", the problem is that you might get physically assaulted for it.  The person (from Niger?) that assaults you for saying this is the one that has just crossed the line.

The first amendment does not permit you to do this.  Where do you get the idea that it does?
