EXACTLY!

Allowing Tim Brown to remain on the Moscow City Council, after he had moved to Spokane, because it'll only be for 18 months extends beyond ignorance.

What next?  Allowing members to remain on the Moscow City Council for two years . . . three years . . . four years after they move out of state?
