[Vision2020] Props 123

Just received a mailer from "Yes For Idaho Education."
I read the voter's guide and the information on the mailer is a crock of bull.
On Prop 1, the mailer states the it "Gives families more input on grading performance...of schools." Nothing about class sizes, makeup of classes, or any contractual agreements.
On 2 it simply states that this would "give teachers more opportunities to earn better pay." How "New Speak" is this?
On 3 it only mentions that this would give students a chance to earn college credit. 
 
Students come first in Idaho alright. How about truthfulness? Or is even that negotiable?
