[Vision2020] Polls 'oversampling' Democrats?

That work has aleady been done. In fact, Nate Silver has done it routinely
during the Obama/Romney campaign and made the results the basis of his own
predictions. (As of last night, he gives Obama a 91 percent chance of
winning the electoral college.)
