[Vision2020] Unabomber Believes in Global Warming Billboard: "Heartland billboard takeover"

All humor aside, what is being overlooked in this thread, is the billboard
that replaces in Chicago the "Unabomber believes in global warming"
billboard, shown at the website below, that contains a
factual claim that many think is not worthy of serious consideration:

"Who to believe on climate
Heartland... Or EVERY National
Scientific Academy in the world?

------------------------
It is as though many believe this consensus among thousands of climate
scientists that human impacts on climate are increasing in magnitude by the
decade, as atmospheric CO2 level increases by 2 or 3 ppm every year, as it
currently is, impacts that are and will have profound and long term
consequences, is either a result of fraud, mind numbed conformism, or
rampant gross incompetence, or a combination thereof, among the
global scientific community.

As Sam Harris wrote in "The End of Faith," "extraordinary claims
require extraordinary evidence," though perhaps this phrase did not
originate with him:

It is an extraordinary claim to assert there is either widespread fraud,
mind numbed conformism, or rampant gross incompetence among climate
scientists, on a global scale.

I have not seen the extraordinary evidence that documents this claim.
