Here is a plan that should satisfy everyone and should give everyone health care insurance. Give a tax credit to everyone to buy their own insurance. This could be used for insurance only. It would not be tied to an employer and people could buy what ever policy they wanted. This would keep insurance in the free marker system and for the most part keep it out of government hands. Those that do not pay taxes would still receive a payment in order to buy their own insurance.
