You've spent a lot of time denigrating my character, yet I'm not the one
posting someone's address on this list. You've also spent a fair amount
of time guessing my views on this subject, but have fallen far from the
mark. I don't have an opinion about this case, because it's simply a
contract dispute. You don't know who is right and who is wrong, and
neither do I. Nor do I really care. I just don't like to see someone's
address posted as a sly sort of "this is where he lives, if you want to
talk to him, he's at this address". People should be able to feel
secure in their own homes without complete strangers confronting them
about a private matter. This used to be considered unethical on this
site, but that appears to be true only when they aren't somehow
connected to Doug.
But, whatever. It's been posted and the toothpaste can't be put back in
the tube. I'd just like to naively suggest that folks leave this guy in
peace. People who don't belong to this lawsuit don't have any reason to
confront this guy, and people involved in this lawsuit will hopefully
have been briefed by their lawyer not to do so.
