[Vision2020] Case No. CV-2011-1234 (Germer Const., Inc. v. Greensides Inc, Wilson, Gray, and Hoffman)

Germer Construction is apparently alleging that the work they did by contract for Greensides Inc was not paid for, and that they are owed the original amount plus interest plus $200 a day for an extended period due thanks to particulars in the contract.

They are also alleging that Tom's old friend Doug Wilson is one of the board members of Greensides and that as they believe that Greensides was not setup correctly as a corporation that they can try to get the money they allege is owed to them directly from Doug and the two other defendants and apparently 5 "John Does" which are presumably other Greensides Inc board members.

Take the above with a grain of salt, I just skimmed it.  I am not a lawyer, etc, etc.


I'm sure Tom is saddened to know that Doug is named in this court document and is trying to garner community support for his plight :)
