I think that I answered most of this in my reply to Tom. I do not have a problem with the Department of Education as such. but again they have taken on thing that should better be handled at a lower level. The same goes for the EPA. When I was in the Livestock Feed Bussiness I was the Quality Control Officer at all the companies I worked for. I handled all the the interactions with Federal, State and Local agencies. This included the FDA, EPA and OSHA. I had a good working relationship with FDA , EPA and the state agencies. OSHA was harder to deal with.
